First time I walked in, I was a little apprehensive, but the office is very comfortable. People in here are very friendly, and they put you at ease. My doctor is very personable, speaks very clearly, explains procedures to me. You can tell that patients' comfort is a priority. Everything went very well. I was very comfortable. She also does follow-up and calls you in the evening to make sure you're doing well after surgery. I thought the experience was outstanding.
